Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards.

Refill buffet items and maintain presentation during breakfast service.

Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate concerns when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, crockery, cutlery, and service stations.

Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times.

Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.

Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures if assigned.

Support inventory control and minimize wastage.

Adhere to all hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and guest-focused approach.

Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Team player with good coordination skills.

Basic English speaking skills preferred.

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

Diploma or certification in Hotel Management is preferred.

Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.
