We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to assist the assembly fitter and the day – today assembly process at production shop floor. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, handling routine activities, and processing. This position involves working closely with various teams to provide support, streamline processes, and ensure the assembly as well as fabrication process runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the assembly fitter in the process.
- Help the fitter for the work preparations such as material and parts arrangements at assembly area.
- Helping in works related to various processes of Assembly.
- Identifying and handling assembly/fabrication materials, tools and consumables under supervision of respective in charges.
- Moves and positions finished and semi finished materials at work place with help of other workers,
- Follow safety rules and regulations at shop floor when using overhead bridge crane or trolley for the material movement, lifting, loading unloading.
- Removes the scrap and waste in the assembly/fabrication area after the work in day to day basis and ensure the work area is safe and clean.
- Follow the company rules and regulations and work quality.
- Ready to work in-house as well as travel out of station with his superior for the site works when required.
Qualifications:
1. Matriculation or above is a plus.
2. Minimum knowledge to read English, write, and speak is plus.
3. Basic knowledge of Tools like Spanners & Measuring instruments etc.
4. Basic knowledge to identifying and handling various Assembly tools, materials and equipment.
5. Ability to work under limited supervision using standardized procedures.
6. Must have good physical strength is necessary to operate equipments and stand/bend the working hours.
7. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
8. Work experience in Machines assembly / Cabinets assembly is preferable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
