- Welcome and greet guests courteously.
- Ensure guests are seated and attended promptly.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues immediately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Supervise waiters/stewards during service.
- Assign tables and service sections to staff.
- Ensure service standards and grooming standards are maintained.
- Monitor service timing and coordination with the kitchen.
- Train new service staff on SOPs and service etiquette.
- Conduct briefing sessions before service.
- Motivate and guide team members.
- Report staff performance issues to management.
