We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with proven expertise in Metro/Rail Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
- Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works for metro/rail infrastructure projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and associated systems installation activities.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, progress reports, and project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory norms.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, procurement activities, and material deliveries.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project teams and provide technical guidance to engineers and site staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 9-15 years of experience in MEP project execution.
- At least 5 years of experience in Metro/Rail Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, Plumbing, ELV Systems, and Building Services.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
