Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily business functions and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to drive high performance.
- Process Improvement: Analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, inventory, and cost-containment initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Coordinate with departments to align operational objectives with broader company goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–8 years of experience in operational roles, with proven experience in team leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership, data analysis, project management, and problem-solving skills.
