Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and complete employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and exit management. Real Estate industry experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMS updates
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle activities
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling
- Track probation, confirmations, and performance review processes
- Handle exit formalities, offboarding, and full & final coordination
- Coordinate with Admin, Legal, Finance, and department heads
- Assist in policy implementation and HR operations reporting
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of core HR operations and recruitment
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good documentation and record management skills
- Ability to handle employee relations and grievance matters
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Professional, confidential, and problem-solving approach
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Commerce, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance
- Knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, labour laws, and statutory processes preferred
- Immediate joiner / short notice candidates preferred
