Job Responsibilities - Handle international customer queries through voice or chat support. - Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns. - Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction. - Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned quality and performance targets. Transport Benefits Candidates: ₹180 travel allowance for odd-hour shifts. Candidates: One-sided cab facility for odd-hour shifts. Eligibility - Minimum 6 months of international voice or chat experience. - Good English communication skills. - Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs. - Candidates who can handle international customers professionally are preferred.
