ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a commercially strong professional with experience in commercial contracts, procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration. This role is critical to protecting the company's commercial interests while ensuring cost-effective procurement and robust contractual governance. The candidate is not expected to be a practicing lawyer, but must be able to review, negotiate, and coordinate commercial agreements effectively with internal and external legal teams.
