Job Description - Operations Management
a) To ensure that transport staff provides timely distribution of pickup & drop list is provided to the vendors.
b) To ensure that transport staff & vendors staff tracks the timely & safe pickups and arrivals of employees & service providers.
c) Ensure defined travel times are met.
d) Ensure accident or crisis management is addressed.
e) Ensure incident reports are circulated within 24 hrs.
f) To act as a single point of contact for the designated facility for all transport escalations.
g) To ensure all reports, checklist, statutory compliance is adhered at all times.
h) To ensure accuracy of the data, analyze the transport costing and highlight the management accordingly.
i) Ensure the team updates trip data in the TMS as required.
j) To assist during audit process and provide audit report with proper justification wherever required.
k) To ensure proper deductions and penalties are reviewed periodically & action taken accordingly.
l) Implementation of Safe fleet and on time closure of audit findings.
m) Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as required.
Management Responsibilities
a) In consultation of Transport city lead or Facility Manager, oversee the operation, staffing, performance, development of transport team.
b) Demonstrate leadership & responsiveness in the team.
c) Understand the transport scope and develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction.
d) Accomplish Key Performance Indicators as agreed with Accenture.
e) Coordinate with transport city lead or facility manager on the goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plan for transport team.
f) To ensure Accenture Transport Policies, Processes & procedures are adhered by all transport staff in the facility.
g) To ensure necessary training plan is scheduled and train the transport team/ drivers as per schedules.
