Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / ITI – Automobile/Mechanical preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete Bodyshop operations
Handle Denting, Painting & Accident Repair
Monitor Production, Productivity & TAT
Coordinate with Insurance Companies & Surveyors
Ensure Quality, Customer Satisfaction & OEM SOP Compliance
Manage Bodyshop team and achieve business targets
Monitor WIP, Rework, Cost & Profitability
Candidate Profile:
Strong Bodyshop & Accident Repair knowledge
Experience in Insurance Claims & Estimation
Good Team Leadership & Customer Handling skills
Target-oriented with strong operational expertise
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
