Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Administrative Executive to manage employee payroll, attendance, staff records, disciplinary procedures, and overall administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain workplace discipline, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Payroll Management
- Verify attendance, overtime, and leave records for salary processing.
- Prepare and process monthly salary statements.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding salary payments.
- Maintain payroll reports and salary records.
- Handle employee salary-related queries and discrepancies.
Discipline & Staff Management
- Monitor employee punctuality, attendance, and workplace behavior.
- Implement and enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct investigations regarding misconduct or policy violations.
- Issue counseling notes, warning letters, and disciplinary notices when required.
- Promote a professional, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure staff discipline and performance standards.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and employee-related documentation.
- Maintain staff records, licenses, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate staff meetings and prepare reports for management.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and general administrative activities.
- Support management in policy implementation and organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- HR certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Experience in payroll processing and employee management.
- Hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: As per experience and company policy.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in hospital administration, payroll management, staff discipline, and HR operations will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
