Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to assist in planning, managing, and monitoring project activities. The candidate will coordinate with teams, maintain project schedules, prepare reports, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project operations and activities
- Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks
- Organize meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Support HR and administrative activities when required
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Team handling and reporting skills
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Freshers
Salary
- As per company standards / Negotiable
Pay: ₹10,922.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
