About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Intern to help manage day-to-day logistics. You’ll track shipments, follow up on delays, and coordinate with partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
.What You’ll Do
- Track daily pickups and shipment movement
- Flag delays, stuck shipments, and EDD breaches
- Coordinate with partners to resolve issues (damage, shortage, delays)
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely closures
- Maintain basic reports (delivery status, backlog, NDR)
- Check PODs and handle missing/incorrect cases
- Support on day-to-day escalations
What We’re Looking For
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with data and tracking reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setup
