About the Role
Premansh Foundation is looking for a proactive and well-organised Project Assistant to support the planning, coordination and execution of its programmes and CSR initiatives. The role requires a combination of strong coordination, excellent writing and communication skills, corporate engagement, social media content development and basic understanding of NGO operations and project management.
The candidate should be comfortable working with corporates, schools, implementation partners, vendors and internal teams and should be able to independently follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Programme Coordination
- Support planning and implementation of Foundation projects and CSR programmes.
- Coordinate with schools, communities, vendors, field teams and implementation partners.
- Coordinate field visits, programme activities, events and launches.
- Ensure timely collection of photographs, videos, beneficiary feedback and other project documentation.
2. Corporate & CSR Coordination
- Coordinate professionally with corporate CSR teams and other institutional partners.
- Support preparation of CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, project updates and reports.
- Assist in preparing partner-specific communication, reports and impact updates.
3. Writing & Documentation
- Draft professional emails, letters, proposals, concept notes, reports and official communications.
- Prepare project briefs, success stories, case studies and impact narratives.
- Develop content for donor/CSR partner communication.
- Maintain proper project records and documentation.
4. Social Media & Digital Content
- Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Write captions, campaign content, awareness posts and impact stories.
- Assist in creating short videos/reels for project communication.
- Coordinate basic video shooting, editing and post-production.
- Understand social media trends and adapt NGO programme content into engaging digital communication.
- Maintain consistency in the Foundation's tone, messaging and branding.
5. NGO & Project Management Support
- Assist in preparing project plans, activity schedules and implementation trackers.
- Support monitoring and reporting of programme activities.
- Maintain project-related databases, records and MIS.
- Assist with documentation required for CSR projects and NGO compliance.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good command of English; Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
- Strong professional email and report-writing ability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate representatives and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of CSR and NGO programme implementation.
- Knowledge of social media content writing and digital communication.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint and video-editing tools.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
- Ability to organise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with field and internal teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be:
- Proactive rather than dependent on constant instructions.
- Comfortable with follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.
- A strong writer who can convert programme activities into clear and compelling communication.
- Comfortable interacting with corporate professionals as well as grassroots stakeholders.
- Willing to travel for field visits and programme activities when required.
- Interested in the development sector and social impact.
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced NGO environment.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, BSW/MSW, Mass Communication, Management, Public Administration or a related field.
Candidates with relevant experience in NGOs, CSR, social impact organisations, communications or project coordination will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for EARLY JOINERS, someone who can coordinate, communicate, write and execute — not just assist.
The candidate should have the ability to take ownership of assigned work, follow things through to completion and represent Premansh Foundation professionally while working with corporates, schools, partners and communities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
