- System Lifecycle: Oversees the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and safe retirement of computer hardware and physical/virtual servers.
- Patch Management: Installs, upgrades, and configures system software, ensuring all endpoints and servers are running the latest security patches and updates.
- Asset Tracking: Maintains an accurate inventory of software licenses and hardware assets across the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracks system and network metrics to identify bottlenecks, anticipate errors, and prevent potential outages before they happen.
- Technical Support: Acts as an escalation point for complex technical issues (Tier 2/3) that standard IT support specialists cannot resolve.
- System Optimization: Improves computer systems and internet servers to maximize speed, functionality, and storage capacity.
