Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process customer claims in accordance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
- Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of claims to determine eligibility and ensure fair handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve claims processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations on claims trends and performance metrics.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in claims processing and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry changes and insurers' practices to maintain professional expertise.
