Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Sales

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The primary role is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for residential/commercial projects in Gurgaon (e.g., Golf Course Road, Sohna, Dwarka Expressway, New Gurgaon). You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–120+ New outbound calls daily to potential buyers from provided databases, past inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Introduce ongoing and upcoming real estate projects (apartments, floors, villas, commercial spaces) in prime Gurgaon micro-markets.
- Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location, possession timeline, and investment intent.
- Fix site visits and appointments with the sales team for project walkthroughs.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads (cold leads to be nurtured over 15–30 days).
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up reminders in CRM software.
- Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs: calls made, connects, qualified leads, visits fixed, and closures assisted.
- Handle inbound inquiries from digital ads, social media, and property portals (e.g., 99acres, Magicbricks, Square Yards).
- Provide basic project information – pricing, floor plans, possession date, RERA registration, amenities, and payment plans.
- Overcome basic objections and redirect serious leads to senior sales executives for negotiation.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory), English (good to have), and Haryanvi/Punjabi (plus).
- Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive phone manner.
- Local Knowledge: Basic understanding of Gurgaon sectors, landmarks, real estate micro-markets, and price trends.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to identify serious buyers vs. price shoppers.
- Resilience: Comfortable with rejections and aggressive daily call targets.
- Tech Savvy: Basic MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp Business.
- Result-oriented: Hungry for incentives and monthly closures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (real estate, financial services, or B2C sales preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and local area knowledge may be considered.
- Education: 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
- Must have own reliable smartphone and basic internet (work from office however requires digital logins).
- Should be willing to work 6 days a week (Tuesday off as per company policy).
- Previous experience in calling for real estate projects on Dwarka Expressway.
What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills).
- Performance Incentives:
- ₹500 per site visit conversion (unique visit)
- As per revenue sharing slab decided by the Company.
- Monthly bonus for exceeding lead-to-visit targets.
- Travel allowance for any fieldwork (if required very rarely).
- On-job training on project USPs, objection handling, and CRM.
- Growth path: Telecaller → Senior Telecaller → Team Lead – Inside Sales (within 12–18 months).
Work Environment (Gurgaon Specific)
- Office location: Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Dress code: Semi-formal / Business casuals for office and occasional RWA meets (if caller accompanies sales team).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
