Role & responsibilities
- Direct all property operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), Kitchen, Engineering, Human Resorces and Security.
- Ensure the entire property maintains pristine cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage the annual operating budget, control labour costs, monitor F & B food costs, and maximize profitability across all departments.
- Review guest feedback (online reviews, internal surveys) and systematically address any service gaps to continuously elevate satisfaction scores.
Education :
3 or 4 year Hotel Management degree from a recognized institute.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of successful experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Director of F & B in a full-service hotel environment.
- Strong operational knowledge of high-volume restaurant and banquet/catering operations is highly preferred.
