Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process for Loan and Credit Card sales.
* Handle client queries and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams, sales executives, and banking partners for smooth operations.
* Monitor application status and ensure timely processing and disbursement.
* Guide and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
* Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions to clients and team members.
* Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
* Maintain data accuracy and update CRM systems regularly.
* Build and maintain relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
