We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Branch Infrastructure & Operations Executive to manage infrastructure-related needs across our branches in India. This individual will be responsible for identifying suitable locations for office/clinic relocation or expansion, coordinating with vendors to procure necessary instruments and equipment for each branch, and ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks from the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Location Sourcing & Evaluation:
Identify and evaluate potential sites for new or relocating branches across India.
Conduct field visits and assess site suitability in terms of accessibility, cost, space, and compliance with clinic operational needs.
Liaise with property agents and landlords for negotiations and agreements.
Branch Setup & Infrastructure Support:
Coordinate all infrastructure requirements for new branches (e.g., electrical setup, furniture, medical equipment, signage, etc.).
Ensure timely procurement and installation of instruments, IT hardware, and other resources based on the specific requirements of each branch.
Vendor Coordination & Procurement:
Work closely with vendors and service providers for timely delivery and installation of required instruments and supplies.
Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and installation reports.
Monitor vendor performance and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
Inter-Branch Communication & Support:
Act as the primary point of contact between branches and the Head Office for operational support.
Gather requests from branches for resources, equipment, or administrative help and ensure timely resolution.
Regularly follow up with branch staff to ensure satisfaction with infrastructure and logistics.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all branch-related procurement, setups, shifts, and infrastructure updates.
Prepare reports on completed tasks, pending needs, and status updates for management review.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business Administration, Operations Management, or related).
1-4 years of experience in branch operations, facilities management, or administrative support roles (medical or healthcare industry preferred).
Knowledge of infrastructure setup, vendor handling, and logistics coordination.
Good negotiation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across India as per project in case needs.
