Key Responsibilities
● Achieve assigned primary and secondary sales targets
● Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and dealer networks
● Ensure effective market coverage, retail penetration, and visibility
● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
● Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
● Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and activations
● Manage and guide field sales team / sales officers
● Ensure timely reporting of sales data, stock levels, and market feedback
Requirements
● 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG & Cosmetic industry (mandatory)
● Strong understanding of distribution management and channel sales
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets
● Experience in handling a defined geographical territory (Haryana preferred)
● Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
