Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills to support workforce management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Assist in payroll processing and salary-related activities.
- Manage statutory compliance including EPF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labor law requirements.
- Coordinate employee induction, training, and engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and support employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, payroll processing, attendance management, and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Familiarity with factory HR operations and statutory requirements.
