Job Summary
I & V Bio is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Executive to manage customer communications and ensure the smooth coordination of live artemia deliveries. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate with logistics and operations teams, and provide timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Receive, process, and confirm customer orders for live artemia deliveries.
- Coordinate with the production, packing, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Provide customers with shipment status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and communication logs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and repeat orders.
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate any delays or changes proactively.
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions, orders, and delivery status.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or order management.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM or order management software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
