ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an AI Developer to join our IT services delivery team. You will work on client-facing AI solutions — designing, building, and deploying intelligent applications that solve real business problems across industries. You will operate in structured project environments, working closely with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop AI/ML-powered modules for enterprise client projects

Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

Integrate LLMs and Gen AI capabilities into existing client systems

Design and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference
-
Participate in client requirement discussions and solution design sessions
-
Write clean, well-documented code adhering to SDLC and delivery standards
-
Support testing, UAT, and production deployments in agile sprints
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
-
B.Tech / B.E. from IIT, IIIT, BITS, CBIT, or NIT
-
1–2 years of hands-on Python development experience

Working knowledge of AI/ML — NLP, LLMs, or classical ML models
-
REST API development and third-party integration experience
-
Exposure to cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP
-
Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
-
Experience with Git, JIRA, and agile delivery processes
GOOD TO HAVE
-
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI/RAG frameworks
-
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
-
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
-
Exposure to enterprise integrations — SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
-
Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
-
Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
