Role Definition:
The Corporate Relations Officer (CRO) in the Training & Development sector is responsible for making HACA students employable and interview-ready. This role directly impacts how students perform when opportunities arise, ensuring they can convert interviews into offers.
2. Responsibility Dimensions:
1. Structured Training Sessions: Delivers scheduled training sessions (2 per batch, online and offline) covering resume building, interview skills, communication, and job market expectations.
2. Mock Interviews: Conducts simulated interview rounds that mirror real hiring scenarios. Designs mock formats, recruits interviewers, provides specific feedback, and tracks improvement across attempts.
3. Pre & Post Assessments: Measures training effectiveness through baseline and end-of-cycle assessments. Analyses improvement data to refine training approach and identify students needing intervention.
4. Student Readiness Activities: Designs and runs activities beyond formal sessions, group discussions, case studies, resume clinics, portfolio reviews—that reinforce skills and buildconfidence.
5. Industry Collaboration: Brings external professionals into student training through guestsessions, workshops, and mentorship. Leverages outside credibility to enhance learning impact.
