- Software Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures and system solutions.
- Team Leadership: Guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and assign project tasks.
- Development & Debugging: Write clean, efficient code and troubleshoot complex bugs or performance issues across the full stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to align technical outputs with business goals.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of hands-on software development experience, depending on the company tier.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and cloud/framework ecosystems (AWS, Azure, React, Angular).
