We are looking for an experienced Tekla Structures Checker to review and verify structural steel models, fabrication drawings, and detailing deliverables. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, constructability, compliance with project standards, and timely completion of checking activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and check Tekla Structures 3D models for accuracy and completeness.
- Check GA drawings, fabrication/shop drawings, erection drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Verify dimensions, member sizes, connections, welds, bolts, plates, and material specifications.
- Maintain checking records and ensure corrections are incorporated before final submission.
- Support project teams in resolving technical and detailing-related issues.
We are looking for a skilled Tekla Structures Modeler with experience in structural steel detailing and 3D modeling. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and fabrication-ready Tekla models based on structural and architectural drawings, design specifications, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures.
- Model beams, columns, braces, stairs, platforms, handrails, plates, connections, and other steel components.
- Develop accurate models based on structural drawings, design documents, and specifications.
- Generate GA drawings, assembly drawings, single-part drawings, erection drawings, and BOM/MTO reports as required.
- Apply appropriate numbering, phases, and model organization.
- Maintain model accuracy and ensure deliverables are completed within project deadlines.
- Support the checking team by addressing and correcting model/drawing comments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in structural steel modeling or checking
- Strong hands-on experience with Tekla Structures.
- Good knowledge of structural steel profiles, plates, bolts, welds, and connections.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Knowledge of GA, assembly, single-part, and erection drawings.
- Good understanding of BOM/MTO and Tekla reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify modeling discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a project team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
