Job Summary
Subhash Mandhan Engineers & Contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Billing Engineer to manage project billing activities, client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction billing, BOQ analysis, rate analysis, and contract documentation to ensure accurate and timely project billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Review BOQs, quantities, and measurements as per drawings and site progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing documentation.
- Prepare and maintain billing records, invoices, and payment tracking reports.
- Verify work measurements and ensure billing accuracy.
- Analyze variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding billing approvals.
- Support project cost monitoring and budget control.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project progress.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
