- Reservations Management: Oversee room inventory control, allotments, and distribution across channels; ensure rate integrity and parity, and optimize revenue during peak periods.
- Rates and Inventory: Monitor dynamic pricing, discount approvals, and package promotions; coordinate with Revenue Management to implement strategies.
- Group and Event Coordination: Manage group blocks, rooming lists, and special requests; liaise with Sales, Events, and F&B for seamless guest experiences.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle check-in/check-out, payment processing, and reconciliation; support in-house guests with special reservations and modifications.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and historic data for targeted marketing and service personalization.
- Technology and Systems: Leverage PMS/CRS, channel managers, and booking engines; ensure system integrity and data security.
- Team Leadership: Supervise Reservations Agents, assist with training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reservations and front desk functions; monitor compliance.
- Problem Solving: Handle escalations related to overbooking, misbookings, payment disputes, and reservation changes.
