Key Responsibilities
- Operate Turn milling machines safely and efficiently
- Perform milling, drilling, slotting, and facing operations
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets
- Set machine parameters and tools as per job requirement
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments
- Maintain production quality and output targets
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance
- Ensure proper material handling and safety procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality departments
- Report machine abnormalities immediately
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of conventional milling operations
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Experience in tool setting and alignment
- Familiarity with Vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges
- Good understanding of machining tolerances
- Basic maintenance knowledge
- Team handling and discipline awareness
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
