Digital Marketing Specialist (3+ Years Experience)
Are you passionate about digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns? We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help drive brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Social Media campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Perform keyword research and optimize website content to improve search rankings
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards
- Manage and grow social media platforms to increase brand awareness and website traffic
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention
- Coordinate with design, development, and content teams for campaign execution
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports
- Support lead generation through organic marketing strategies and SEO
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush (or similar tools), Mailchimp (or similar platforms), and Hootsuite (or similar tools)
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and tracking ROI
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Team leadership experience will be an added advantage
