Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join Wow Momo Foods Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/cash counter
- Prepare and serve food items as per company SOP
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining area
- Follow grooming standards and uniform policy strictly
- Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Support inventory handling and stock checking
- Work as a team to achieve sales targets
- Follow all food safety and operational guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Freshers can apply (QSR experience preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Physically fit and active
