Job Description:
We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage and recover overdue payments from customers while maintaining a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and visits.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding dues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in loan collections preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle field visits and customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
