Job Description – CCTV Surveillance Technician

Reporting To: Admin Manager

Monitoring Locations: Manali Factory & Gummidipoondi Factory

Role Purpose
To monitor, maintain, and ensure the smooth operation of CCTV surveillance systems across the company's manufacturing facilities, supporting plant security and asset protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems for the Manali and Gummidipoondi factories from the Head Office.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
- Retrieve CCTV footage for investigations and management requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and system upgrades.
- Maintain CCTV maintenance records and ensure continuous system availability.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and maintain confidentiality of surveillance data.
Qualification & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
