Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Trainer to deliver live online training sessions on Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent online teaching skills to help students become industry-ready through practical sessions, real-time projects, and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online Oracle HCM training sessions.
- Teach Oracle HCM Cloud concepts with real-time business scenarios.
- Conduct hands-on labs, assignments, and capstone projects.
- Guide students on Oracle HCM implementation and best practices.
- Prepare students for Oracle HCM certifications and technical interviews.
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and releases.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expertise in Core HR, Global Human Resources, and Workforce Structures.
- Experience with Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll modules.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HSDL.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, dashboards, and report development.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of SQL, data migration, and implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and online training skills.
- Ability to mentor students through live projects and interview preparation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
- Prior experience as an Online Trainer or Oracle HCM Consultant is an added advantage.
