Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive & Telecaller

Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing LED lighting and electrical products company, is looking for a dynamic candidate who can handle both showroom walk-in customers and tele calling activities. The role involves generating sales through direct customer interaction as well as follow-ups and lead conversion over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LED lighting and electrical products
- Demonstrate product features and close sales
- Handle telecalling for lead generation, follow-ups, and order confirmation
- Maintain customer database and regular follow-up
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
- Coordinate with warehouse for product availability
- Handle basic billing and order processing
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales / telecalling / retail sales
- Preference for candidates from LED lighting / electrical industry
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
