Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting painters, contractors, builders, and hardware stores in the local area. The role focuses on building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving repeat business for the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit contractors, builders, and construction sites regularly
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Promote construction materials, offers, and schemes to potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Collect orders and coordinate with the shop for timely delivery
- Follow up on pending payments and credit customers
- Track competitor activity and market trends in the area
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of visits, leads, and sales updates
- Support local marketing activities and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (paint/hardware/building materials preferred)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
- Basic understanding of local market and customer network
