Job Summary:
Kiaasa Retail Limited is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and experience managing retail store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor key retail metrics such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Prepare staff schedules, conduct training, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Submit regular sales and operational reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
- Fashion or apparel retail experience.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
