- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through collaborative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure setups.
- Competence in scripting and automation to streamline support processes.
