Stitching & Pattern Making Specialist – FOR TRAINER ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Stitching & Pattern Making Specialist with hands-on experience in garment construction, pattern development, and sample creation. The ideal candidate should be able to create accurate patterns, stitch high-quality garments, and ensure excellent fit and finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop garment patterns based on design specifications.
- Create, modify, and grade patterns for different sizes.
- Perform fabric cutting and sample garment stitching.
- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently.
- Take accurate body and garment measurements.
- Conduct fitting sessions and make necessary alterations.
- Ensure garments meet quality, fit, and finishing standards.
- Collaborate with designers during sample development.
- Maintain consistency in stitching quality and production standards.
