Administrative & Operational SupportSchedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Manage the sorting, dispatch, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and databases.Monitor and track office supply inventory, handle procurement, and order replacement stationery.3. Customer Service & Issue ResolutionAct as the primary brand representative, providing information about company services, policies, and procedures.Address client feedback, log complaints, and forward them to higher management while maintaining a customer-centric approach.4. Inter-Departmental CoordinationHR Support: Assist with onboarding and exit formalities, or maintain employee attendance registers.Travel Desk: Handle logistics, coordinate travel arrangements, and book accommodations for staff and visiting guests.Finance/Accounts: Process basic bookkeeping tasks such as handling petty cash or issuing invoices.
