Job Title: PEB Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 LPA
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structure
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional from the PEB / Steel Structure industry to drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth in the Pune region. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, client-handling skills, and experience in project-based industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in PEB, steel structures, and industrial construction projects
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Meet architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial clients
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for execution support
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in PEB / Steel Structure sales
- Strong network in industrial, warehouse, factory, and infrastructure sectors
- Knowledge of tendering, estimation, and project sales preferred
