About Us
Cakewalk Chennai is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to be the face of our store. If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Assist walk-in customers with orders and product enquiries.
- Take and manage cake orders accurately.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests politely.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised customer service area.
- Deliver a warm and memorable customer experience to every customer.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers in person.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a bakery is preferred but not mandatory.
