Utility-scale solar project experience. Must lead overall site execution, coordinate MMS & module erection teams, manage 40–50 staff, ensure safety & quality, track progress, and handle client communication. Diploma/ITI Electrical/Mechanical, 2–5 yrs solar EPC experience required.Lead site execution for MMS assembly, module mounting, and electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of Solar EPC/I&C projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise skilled workers/technicians for MMS and panel mounting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, siite safety protocol).
- Conduct daily site reporting and progress tracking against targets.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and ground team for manpower and logistics.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage site infrastructure (container office, worker accommodation, sanitation).
- Motivate and discipline labour teams to ensure productivity and retention.
- Support commissioning activities and quality inspections.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory; Mechanical diploma acceptable if with solar/site experience).
- 2–5 years of site supervision experience in solar/I&C or construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay at remote project sites for extended durations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
