Exhibition Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Design exhibition stalls, booths, pavilions, and event environments based on client briefs and brand requirements
- Develop creative concepts, space layouts, and visitor flow planning
- Create 3D models and high-quality renders for client presentations
- Prepare 2D drawings, including layouts, elevations, and artwork for print and fabrication
- Design event graphics, panels, backdrops, fascia branding, and signage
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and print teams to ensure design feasibility
- Support the project team during site execution and installation
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Incorporate client feedback and revise designs as required
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of exhibition and event design principles
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (layouts & working drawings)
- SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender (3D design)
- V-Ray / Lumion / Corona (rendering – preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and large-format printing
- Ability to translate creative concepts into practical, executable designs
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of experience. (Min 5 yrs relevant experience)
- Exhibition design
- Event design
- Stall / booth design
- Event management or exhibition design companies
- Diploma / Degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
