Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Sales: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Product Demonstration: Presenting products or services, highlighting features, and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Handling complaints, negotiating pricing, and closing sales contracts to meet monthly or annual targets.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Reporting: Preparing reports on sales activities, transactions, and expense accounts.
Market Intelligence: Gathering feedback, monitoring competitor activities, and staying updated on industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiation.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service, relationship-building, and active listening abilities.
Motivation: Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Education/Experience: Often requires a Plus 2 / diploma in marketing, business, or related fields, alongside prior experience in retail or sales roles.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
