Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Tester cum Project Coordinator with a strong background in manual testing and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in software testing and be proficient in coordinating project tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and reports.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure software quality.
- Track and document testing results, issues, and resolutions.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely updates and task completion.
- Communicate effectively with teams and clients in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Ability to coordinate between teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
- Experience in handling client communication and project updates.
