Role Summary
To manage end-to-end recruitment activities by sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates while ensuring smooth hiring operations and proper documentation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
l Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
l Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
l Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
l Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and documentation records
l Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and joining formalities
l Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
l Maintain accurate recruitment reports and update records regularly
l Handle recruitment coordination and support day-to-day HR activities
l Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal Teams.
l Work proactively to close open positions within timelines

Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher / Any Graduate – BMS, BBA, B.Com, BA, or related fields
- Good communication and basic HR understanding preferred
- Experience in recruitment or internship in HR will be an added advantage
