Supervisor – Shri Raj Steel Industries (Rajkot based only)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and factory operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Manage and guide workers on the shop floor.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with operators.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Quality teams.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience as a Factory/Production Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle manpower efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the stainless steel, fabrication, or engineering industry will be preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Preferred)
