Core Responsibilities & Functionality:
- Understand program schedule requirements and create production plans with appropriate baselines.
- Release of Job Orders in the ERP / MRP.
- Review of any material shortages and communicate to Supply Chain / Purchase dept.
- Modify / update the production schedules as per shipment priority (PC)
- Manage the Schedule and the manufacturing related collaterals in the ERP / MRP, with up to date, contract revisions.
- Review the consumption pattern / Forecast at customer sites and monitor inventory levels and initiate actions for production, ensuring that inventory does not drop below minimum levels at any time.
- Review the Production Progress on daily basis and manage the data for MIS reporting.
- Plan, Schedule, monitor, and control material requirements for production, including plans for manufacturing kits
- Manage the dynamic aspect in manufacturing schedules, material schedules, tool schedules etc. Liaise with all other internal stakeholders for dynamic schedule requests from customer.
- Review the resource availability on daily basis, manage impact. Review the impact and reprioritize the manufacturing operations.
- Communicate to Sr. Manager for any impact related to staff, tools, material, infrastructure, and work towards solutions.
Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduate Mechanical Engineer.
[DME / BE Mechanical Engineer]
Work experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the domain of PPC & acknowledge of ERP system.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
